Refund Policy
Scope
This policy applies to the one‑time Premium upgrade (“Premium Upgrade”) for Synfuria accounts purchased on synfuria.com.
Right to Refund
You are entitled to a full refund—no questions asked— if you contact us within 30 calendar days of your purchase. Simply let us know you’d like a refund and we’ll take care of it.
Exclusions
Requests made more than 30 days after purchase may be declined. Otherwise, there are no exclusions.
How to Request
Email support@embersilk.com with your order ID. We’ll reply within one business day and, if approved, process the refund to your original payment method within five business days (bank posting times may vary).
Chargebacks
Opening a payment dispute before contacting us can delay resolution. We reserve the right to contest unfounded chargebacks with evidence of account activity.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer‑protection rights that apply to you.
